Here are the step-by-step instructions:

  1. Sign in to Google: Ensure you are logged into the Google account used to manage your business profile.
  2. Find your profile: Search for your exact business name in Google Search or Google Maps.
  3. Open Settings: Click the three vertical dots (⋮) on the right side of the profile and select Business Profile settings.
  4. Go to access management: Tap or click on People and access.
  5. Add the admin: In the top left corner, click the Add (+) button.
  6. Enter their email: Type the email address of the person you want to add (it is best to use a Gmail or Google-associated email).
