Online challenge: Their previous website was outdated, ordinary, and did not offer ways to store meeting minutes or public documents. Furthermore, they wanted a site that would be easy to update and maintain as it was expanded.
Web solution: With the help of Accent45, the Fire Authority website includes a quick-loading homepage with a layout that emphasizes the top priorities and latest SWFA announcements. Each page features the “Burn Ban” status, and the process of turning the warning on or off is easily done in one location in the site editor. To make documents easier to upload onto the website, files are stored on web server with unlimited capacity. Because most calls received were requests for public records, Accent45 included a virtual form that allows visitors to make requests directly, all online.
